Terms of Service — EntornoPR

Welcome to EntornoPR ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must hold a valid and active Puerto Rico real estate license issued by the Puerto Rico Department of State (CIAPR) to register as a Broker or Salesperson. By registering, you represent that your license is current and in good standing. Salespersons may only join the Platform through an invitation from their licensed Broker.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@entornopr.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Platform offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Key billing terms:

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are not provided for partial months.
A 14-day free trial is available to new accounts — no credit card required during the trial.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Puerto Rico and U.S. real estate regulations. You may not:

Post listings that are false, misleading, or discriminatory.
Use the Platform to engage in any unlicensed real estate activity.
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

5. Listings & Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (listings, photos, documents). By uploading content, you grant EntornoPR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform supports optional integrations (DocuSign, Canva) that are governed by those third parties' own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntornoPR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to maintain an active real estate license, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Platform. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
