Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
EntornoPR ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the EntornoPR platform ("Platform").
1. Information We Collect
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, real estate license number, and a password hash. We never store your password in plain text.
Business information: Listings you create (property details, photos, descriptions), clients and leads you add to your CRM, and documents you upload.
Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and store payment information according to their own Privacy Policy.
Usage data: We may collect log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and analytics purposes.
Buyer inquiries & leads: Information submitted by buyers through your public agent website (name, email, phone, property criteria) is stored and visible to you in your dashboard.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and your agent website.
- To process subscription payments and send billing notifications.
- To send transactional emails (registration confirmation, inquiry notifications, billing receipts).
- To validate your real estate license with the Puerto Rico CIAPR registry.
- To improve the Platform and diagnose technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- DocuSign — only if you connect your own DocuSign account for e-signatures.
- Canva — only if you connect your own Canva account for design tools.
- SMTP providers — for transactional email delivery.
- Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Your public agent website (listings, bio, contact information) is visible to the general public by design — this is a core function of the Platform.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Buyers visiting your public agent website may have their session managed by a similar mechanism.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and download a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Opt out of non-transactional marketing emails.
To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@entornopr.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (property portals, mapping services, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
